Not only the goldsmith objects but also the coronation vestment was a part of the coronation jewels. The cloak for the coronation of Czech kings was made from a luxurious silk fabric embroidered with gold. It is 312 centimeters wide and 236 centimeters long, adorned with ermine and has a sweep in the back. A belt, stole and maniple are a part of it. It was probably Ferdinand II who had this beautiful vestment made for his Czech coronation in 1617; thus the vestment is the youngest part of the coronation set.
